We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technological projects.\nJob Description:\nFull responsibility for managing and overseeing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to customer delivery.\nPlan, manage, and control work plans and schedules.\nLead projects in a dynamic, cross-functional technological environment.\nConduct risk management activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project progress.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders: including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.\nLead and monitor procurement and supply processes during the development phase, ensuring coordination across all parties.\nTrack milestones and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.\nMaintain continuous communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field - mandatory.\nAt least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems - mandatory.\nExperience in a manufacturing company and/or the defense industry - mandatory.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project - mandatory.\nFluent English (spoken, written, and reading) - mandatory.\nStrong engineering understanding and familiarity with development processes - a significant advantage.\nPersonal Skills:\nFast learner with strong system-level understanding.\nTeam player with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment;
