This role involves strategic planning, resource management, budget control, client relationship management, and team leadership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Leadership:\nLead and mentor project management teams, including Project Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance and support.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project-related decisions and escalations.\nProject Planning and Strategy:Develop project strategies, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, for large-scale projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and success criteria.\nResource Management:Manage and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.\nOversee subcontractor selection and coordination, ensuring adherence to project requirements.\nBudget and Cost Control:Create and manage project budgets for complex projects, continuously monitoring and controlling project costs.\nEvaluate and implement cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders. \nScheduling and Timeline Management:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale projects, using industry-standard scheduling software.\nMonitor project progress, proactively address delays, and implement corrective actions.\nQuality Assurance:Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.\nDocument and resolve complex quality-related issues.\nRisk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks at a strategic level, ensuring overall project success.\nDevelop and maintain risk mitigation plans and monitor risk factors.\nClient Relations:Serve as the primary client interface for large-scale projects, managing client expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.\nAddress complex client inquiries, issues, and change requests effectively.\nProject Reporting:Prepare and distribute comprehensive project status reports, performance metrics, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.\nLead project meetings, present status, and provide strategic recommendations.\nContract Management:Review, negotiate, and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.\nCollaborate with legal teams to manage contractual aspects and resolve complex disputes.\n Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
