This role provides vital administrative and technical support to ensure successful project execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Planning and Scheduling:\nMaintaining project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera,\nMicrosoft Project).\nSupport the project team in tracking key milestones and deliverables.\nCost Management:\nMaintain tracking for project budgets and expenditures.\nPrepare cost reports and summaries for review by the project team.\nPerformance Metrics:\nHelp monitor project performance metrics and KPIs.\nSupport in preparing reports on project progress and performance.\nRisk Management:\nAssist in identifying and documenting project risks.\nSupport the development and maintenance of risk registers.\nChange Management:\nTrack changes to project scope and schedules.\nAssist with documentation and communication of change orders.\nDocument Control:\nSupport the project document control process, ensuring proper versioning and distribution.\nAssist in maintaining an organized filing system for project documents.\nProject Reporting:\nHelp prepare project status reports, including basic schedule and cost updates.\nAssist with compiling data for project team presentations.\nStakeholder Communication:\nProvide administrative support for communication between project teams, subcontractors, and\nclients.\nEnsure timely distribution of project-related information.\n Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or\nequivalent experience.\n5-10 years of experience in project support, administration, or a related role.\nKnowledge of project controls tools and scheduling software.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nEnerfab is an equal opportunity employer.
