This role involves project management, client communication, team leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Management:\nLead the planning, execution, and closeout of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules.\nDevelop and manage project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.\nMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.\nImplement and assure adherence to processes associated with project controls and change management.\nClient Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.\nConduct regular client meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.\nEnsure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for additional work.\nTeam Leadership:Assemble project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.\nProvide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety standards.\nMentor and develop junior project management staff.\nDevelop and maintain good working relationships with associated Building Trades and labor representatives supporting the projects.\nSafety and Quality Assurance:Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.\nImplement and enforce quality control processes to meet project specifications.\nLead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.\nFinancial Management:Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis.\nMonitor and control project expenses and optimize resource allocation.\nReview and approve project invoices and change orders.\nRisk Management:Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.\nEnsure that project insurance and bonding requirements are met.\nClient Reporting:Prepare and deliver regular project reports to clients and senior management.\nAddress client requests, issues, and changes promptly and professionally.\n Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
