This temporary position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic organization while working from our Southeast Calgary office.\nPrinciple Responsibilities and Duties\nProactively contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances.\nInvestigate, reconcile, and resolve customer balance disputes in a timely manner.\nRecord clear, concise notes for each customer contact related to collections.\nReview and maintain the AR mailbox to address customer inquiries promptly.\nProvide weekly backup support for cash application processes.\nSubmit invoices through online platforms such as Open Invoice, Cortex, and Ariba.\nConduct credit application background checks as required.\nPerform additional duties and tasks assigned.\nQualifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.\nExperience and/or working knowledge of SAP.\nFamiliarity with third-party invoicing platforms a must.\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.\nOutgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.\nTeam-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.\nAbout Us:\nTransforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.
