Responsible for achieving the goals for controllable expenses and operating income through effective planning and direction of Shop personnel and jobs throughout the organization.\nPlans, organizes and directs employee schedules, offices and facilities.\nMonitor and take corrective action to ensure the guaranteed operating efficiency and customer satisfaction for all jobs in the designated area.\nOversees the maintenance and utilization of required spare parts and supplies. \nMaintains a close working relationship with employees to provide guidance for their individual needs, career growth, training and development.\nChampions a quality management culture and execution of excellent service.\nMaintains good internal and external customer relationships, working to generate service opportunities.\nNegotiates and monitors services for machinery and equipment repairs.\nMonitors and maintains the inventory at acceptable levels to ensure proper job performance for the area.\nManages branch SG&A\nManages 24/7 coverage provided by organization.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree with Ten (10) or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSome experience with plant operation is preferred.\nSelf-starter: takes initiative and demonstrates willingness to act with a sense of urgency.\nGood leadership skills.\nA high degree of computer literacy in MS Excel and windows-based programs\nAbove average communication skills, (written, verbal, listening, conflict resolution)\nAbility to work effectively with others.\nProblem solving: ability to handle unexpected problems.\nAbility to make sound decisions.\nStrong organizational skills.\nExtensive knowledge of the different kinds of compressor units to be overhauled through the shop & field.\nStrong interpersonal skills for customer relations\nMust be able to work under pressure.\nPhysical Requirements\nFast-paced general office environment.
