Additional duties include performing plant patrols, maintaining logs, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as the PTW system and QHSE programs.\nPrinciple Responsibilities and Duties\nPerform shutdowns and startup operations as per the guidelines set by the procedure and supervisors’\nPressurize & De-pressurize equipment and pipelines as and when requested/required\nMonitor identity plant parameters, inform abnormalities, and inform the control room operator if any corrective action is necessary \nRespond appropriately to plant emergencies according to ERP procedure\nPatrol the plant area periodically at each shift to visually inspect all equipment\nReview the pressure, delta pressure, temperature and level gauges of all equipment and report the abnormalities to the control room\nTake gauge readings, analyze, and troubleshoot them as necessary\nEnsure operations daily log is maintained and provide accurate verbal handovers to the on-coming shift members\nIdentify potential hazards, take immediate corrective action where possible, and report occurrences to the control room\nAct as an Area Authority for PTW system for isolation for all routine planned and break-down maintenance \nCheck level/inventory of chemicals, consumables, etc., ensure they are at targeted rates and restored to normal levels\nMonitor and conduct all operational process activities according to instructions and production requirements\nCompile, complete, and submit all necessary reports and documents regarding production operations as required\nParticipate, collaborate, and update various orientations and QHSE programmes to update new changes/techniques\nCheck maintenance works and ensure systems are adequately conditioned to prevent current and future accidents and/or spills\nPerform all isolation activities required for process equipment, pipelines, and vessels, and prepare certificates, permits, JHA, etc., to perform the job in a safe manner \nComply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines\nPerform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager\nQualifications\nMinimum a Technical degree or equivalent\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or equivalent\nStrong troubleshooting, problem solving, information analysis and interpersonal skills\nStrong organizational skills with an ability to work under deadline commitments and pressure in both individual and team settings without supervision\nProficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), PC skills, and CMMS like SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.\nPhysical Requirements\nRemote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours\nAbout Us:\nTransforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.
