The position is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of the engineering and design deliverables on Gas Processing and Treating projects with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering and design outputs on time, within budget, and aligned with project specifications. The position collaborates daily with the peer engineering managers that make up the Engineering team and the other departments in the Gas Processing and Treating business.\nPrinciple Responsibilities and Duties\nLeads and manages a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the successful execution of customer projects from proposal through completion. Provides leadership, mentoring, performance management, and professional development for engineers and engineering technicians while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven work environment.\nOversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements. Develops engineering estimates, defines project deliverables, supports proposal activities, coordinates project schedules, allocates resources, tracks progress, manages risks, and implements corrective actions as needed.\nInitiates engineering for project execution by ensuring clear project handoff, alignment of customer requirements, scope understanding, and coordination between engineering, project management, supply chain, manufacturing, fabrication, and third-party engineering resources. Ensures that the team leads project meetings, provides status updates, responds to customer inquiries, and supports successful project outcomes.\nDirects engineering support and document control functions, including engineering documentation management, vendor approval documentation, SAP item structure maintenance, instrument datasheet control, and bill of material (BOM) development and tracking. Oversees BOM revisions, equipment procurement requirements, change order management, and engineering performance metrics.\nEnsures adherence to engineering quality standards through established quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Promotes process optimization, design innovation, cost-effective solutions, accurate documentation, and technical excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry requirement.\nSupports departmental goals and objectives by participating in workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training activities. Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.\nPromotes a strong safety culture by ensuring all engineering activities comply with Health, Safety, and\nEnvironmental (HSE) policies and regulations. Demonstrates leadership through accountability, effective communication, positive workplace engagement, respect for others, and commitment to company values.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum of 10 years’ industry related experience\nExperience with packaged/modular equipment fabrication\nKnowledge of gas plant fabrication practices or shop execution methods\nAbility to lead Engineers and staff, including motivating, prioritizing, and planning to meet business objectives.\nFamiliarity with Industry Standards Codes (ASME Section VIII, ANSI B31.3, B31.8, API 520, etc.)\nFamiliarity with International codes (IEC, ATEX, and etc.)\nStrong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal and external parties verbally and in writing.\nExcellent customer oriented skills (communicator, explainer, negotiator)\nKnowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale\nStrong and analytical problem solving skills\nTeambuilding skills\nAbility to resolve conflict\nBasic knowledge of the fundamentals required by the equipment used in our products.\nExperience with packaging Gas Processing and Treating Plants\nSolid IT skills\nFluency in English\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
