# Principal Solutions Engineer

Summary Enerflex Water Solutions is seeking a seasoned Principal Solutions Engineer to drive the growth and technical excellence of our global Water Solutions business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development team to identify, pursue, and shape opportunities across key markets. You will engage early with customers to define technical requirements, develop conceptual process solutions, and articulate Enerflex’s value proposition. Working with our Applications Engineering and Proposals team, you will lead the development of optimized technical concepts and proposals that meet performance, quality, and commercial objectives. This senior technical role requires deep expertise in produced water treatment and upstream oil/water separation processes, along with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical designs into winning business solutions.
