# Project Planner

Summary The Project Planner/Scheduler is responsible for creating, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing integrated Primavera P6 schedules for engineered-to-order products from pre-award planning through engineering and design completion and handoff to manufacturing. The role translates project scope, major-equipment commitments, engineering deliverables, procurement requirements, fabrication, assembly, testing, paint, and shipment milestones into logically linked, execution-ready schedules. The planner owns schedule integrity, maintains accurate actual and forecast dates, evaluates critical and near-critical paths, and communicates the downstream impact of changing activity dates so stakeholders can make timely decisions that protect customer commitments, capacity, and on-time delivery.
