Department: Lean Management Referral Bonus: $500.00 USD Summary This position will be responsible for the inspection of all components and assembled packages to ensure they have met all quality requirements such as company standard, Code, Engineering, specifications and customer requirements Principle Responsibilities and Duties · Conduct preliminary inspections for compliance with specifications. · Conduct in process and final inspections during the assembly, disassembly, and applicable repairs to eliminate rework and ensure specific conformance at critical phases. · Inspect assemblies of compression units, production, and process and treating equipment per drawing, Enerflex standards, and specific project requirements. · Witness and verify skid set and leveling. · Verify engine and compressor dimensional layouts. · Inspection of equipment mounting, alignments, run tests, pneumatic, vacuum tests, and verification of records. · P & I D inspections for validation. · Package inspection and release. · Provide mechanical technical support. · Witness and inspect preservation of equipment and materials. · Enforce standards, procedures, and processes. · Provide support to the production,
