across a dynamic Oil & Gas Group.\nReporting to the Head of Business Solutions & ERP, this role is ideal for an early to mid-career professional with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in data engineering, software development, data management, and modern Microsoft technologies.\nThe successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable data pipelines, analytic platforms, and AI solutions that enhance business operations, decision-making, and process efficiency across the organization.\nKey Accountabilities\nContribute to the design, development and deployment of data platforms and AI-driven solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners\nBuild, optimise, and maintain SQL queries, data models, and database structures for reporting, analytics and business intelligence\nDevelop data pipelines and workflows to ingest, transform, and manage structured and unstructured data\nDevelop and implement automations, applications, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies (e.g. Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot Studio), SAP, and other tools\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices\nSupport testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital and AI solutions\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained across solutions\nQualifications and Experience\n1-4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, software development, or similar roles\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline\nHands-on experience with SQL, data modelling, and relational databases\nExperience with Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Power Platform, Azure services, Copilot Studio)\nProgramming experience in Python or other modern programming languages\nExposure to data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and analytics solutions\nBasic understanding of AI, machine learning, and/or generative AI concepts\nFamiliarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools will be considered an asset\nExposure to enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) and business processes is a plus\nExcellent command of English (written and verbal)\nSkills\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities\nProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication skills
