Capture & Storage (CCS) initiatives in the Mediterranean region - as well as other strategic carbon storage and decarbonisation initiatives within Enearth’s portfolio.\nReporting to the Commercial Lead, the role will support project finance, funding strategy, and commercial activities, contributing to the financial structuring and advancement of strategic energy transition projects, while supporting market development initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities and the broader CCS value chain strategy.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of low-carbon energy development and contribute to pioneering carbon management and industrial decarbonisation projects in Greece and the wider region.\nKey Accountabilities\nSupport the development and implementation of commercial and financial strategies, ensuring effective allocation of project resources\nIdentify and assess funding opportunities, including European and national grants\nAssist in the preparation and submission of funding proposals under relevant frameworks (e.g. Recovery and Resilience Facility)\nMonitor and follow up on administrative processes related to grants and funding programs\nSupport the assessment and development of strategic commercial opportunities and initiatives related to carbon management and decarbonisation activities\nSupport commercial activities, including participation in contract negotiations, commercial structuring initiatives and contract management processes\nSupport market analysis activities, including assessment of CO₂ supply and demand dynamics, market trends and strategic developments relevant to CCS and carbon management\nContribute to the implementation of market tests, capacity allocation processes and commercial frameworks, where applicable\nMaintain and update the project financial model, ensuring accuracy and consistency of assumptions\nAnalyze commercial and financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and project optimization\nCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to align commercial and financial planning with project requirements\nregulators, financial institutions and other external stakeholders\nMonitor regulatory, policy and market developments relevant to carbon management and energy transition initiatives\nPrepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, commercial counterparties and project partners\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline\n3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, financial advisory, project finance, commercial analysis or infrastructure/energy projects\nExperience with financial modelling and financial analysis with the ability to support strategic and commercial assessments\nFamiliarity with European or national funding mechanisms and grant processes will be considered an asset\nStrong command of English (written and spoken)\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilities\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to understand market
