review code and solution designs.\nCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\nDefine and enforce ServiceNow platform standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.\nArchitect integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and integration tools.\nOversee custom application development, scripting (client/server), and workflow automation within ServiceNow.\nPlan and manage ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and platform optimisation.\nCreate and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design documents.\nEnsure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas, e. g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc. )\n\nRequirements: \n11+ years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in ServiceNow architecture and development.\nDeep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e. g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).\nStrong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Service Portal.\nProven track record in designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party tools.\nExperience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required;
