This role requires a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, Account Managers, Sales teams, and Sales Operations to help resolve issues and drive timely payment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and collect outstanding customer invoices in line with company targets.\nMonitor aged debt and proactively follow up overdue accounts.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support timely collections.\nWork closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to resolve payment delays and invoice queries.\nIdentify the correct customer contacts responsible for invoice approval and payment processing.\nInvestigate and resolve collection issues, disputes, and overdue balances.\nMaintain accurate collection records within Salesforce and Sage Intacct.\nPrepare and distribute aged debt and collection reports.\nSupport month-end Accounts Receivable activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement of collection and Order-to-Cash processes.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n5+ years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.\nProven experience managing B2B customer collections.\nExcellent communication and relationship-management skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive action.\nConfident working with Sales, Account Managers, and Finance teams.\nStrong problem-solving and follow-up skills.\nExperience using Salesforce, Sage Intacct, or similar CRM/ERP systems.\nGood Excel skills.\nPersonal Attributes:\nProactive and self-motivated.\nStrong communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.\nPersistent and resilient when managing collections.\nAble to build positive working relationships across teams and cultures.\nOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.\nOur Culture & Benefits\nWelcome to our unique workplace where a passion for our industry-leading product sits at the heart of who we are.\nLife at EA is completely eclectic, fostered through the global nature of the business and a real appreciation of the many cultures of our diverse team.
