They show up in how we collaborate, how we solve, and how we grow together.\nAbout the Position \nAs Senior P&C Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience at Energy Exemplar, supporting assigned business functions across India. As the day-to-day P&C contact for managers and employees, you’ll build trusted relationships, understand team priorities and turn employee feedback and people data into practical recommendations that make a difference. \nYou’ll take ownership of key moments in the employee journey, from welcoming new starters and supporting probation through to offboarding, coordinating with relevant teams to deliver a smooth and positive experience. You’ll also help bring people programmes to life, guide managers through established policies and processes, and partner with the Senior Director, P&C on sensitive or complex matters. \nThis opportunity will suit someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems and taking initiative. The role offers opportunities to broaden your contribution and responsibility as you demonstrate sound judgment, consistent delivery and impact. \nKey Accountabilities and Duties \nProvide quality, timelyand professional P&C advice to managers and employees on established people processes and policies andbuild effective working relationships with stakeholders across assignedfunctions. \nPartner with managers to understand business priorities, team capability needs, employee motivations and retention risks, and help translate these into practical people actions for their teams. \nSupport the deliveryof performance and development processes, including goal and review cycles, development plans, talent discussionsand follow-up on agreed actions. \nWork with managers to interpret engagement survey results and employee feedback, identifythemes, agree relevant actionsand monitorprogress. \nBe accountable for the onboarding experience for employees, including Energy Exemplar’ssign-to-start programme, manager readiness, induction coordinationand probation follow-up. Identifyopportunities to improve the new-joiner experience. \nConduct 30, 60 and 90 day new-joiner check-ins to assess the onboarding experience, identifyissues requiring follow-up and share themes with managers and P&C leadership. \nCoordinate employee changes and offboarding, conduct exit interviews where appropriate, and identifythemes and recommendations for action. \nEnsure the accurateand timelyadministration and safekeeping of employee records, HRIS information and documentation in line with local requirements and Global P&C processes. \nProduce accurateand informative reports, including headcount, attrition, onboarding, engagementand employee movements, and share insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders. \nCollaborate with the Global P&C team and internal partners to deliver consistent people processes and employee experiences across locations andsuggest improvements to establishedpractices. \nEscalate sensitive employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, separations, compensation or policy exceptions, and significant people risks to the Senior Director, P&C for review and decision. \nUse approved AI tools where appropriate toimprove the quality and efficiency of P&C communications, reporting, analysisand routine workflows; verify outputs before use and protect confidential employee information. \nCandidate Requirements \nConstructive attitude and teamwork: Approaches challenges with a practical, solution-focused mindset, supports colleagues and contributes to shared outcomes. Can respectfully question an approach and offer an alternative. \n5 to 7 years of relevantexperience in an HR generalist orpeople advisory role, including direct support to managers; experience in a product technology or software environment is an advantage. \nWorking understanding of India employment practices, HR complianceand relevant labour legislation, with the judgment to recognise when specialist advice is needed. \nExperience supporting employee lifecycle processes, performance and engagement programmes, and interpreting people data to recommend actions. \nAbility to build trust with managers and employees, ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearlyand follow issues through to resolution. \nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance portfolio priorities and deliver accuratework in a changing environment. \nProficiencyin Excel, PowerPointand Word; experience with BambooHR or a similar HRIS is desirable. \nAI readiness: confidence using approved AI tools for drafting, analysisand routine workflows; ability to write useful prompts, verify results against source information, recognise errors or bias, and handle employee data in line with company requirements. \nEducation \nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Managementor related field \nEnergy Exemplar is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
