Working alongside Project Managers and technical specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering projects ranging from £50,000 to £1,000,000.\nRequirements\nA minimum of 3-5 years' experience delivering enterprise software implementations, ideally within energy, utilities, commodity trading, financial services or other complex operational environments.\nProven experience leading customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions.\nStrong business analysis and requirements management skills.\nExperience documenting business processes, workflows and functional requirements.\nExcellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.\nAbility to challenge requirements constructively and influence customer decision-making.\nExperience configuring software platforms rather than managing bespoke software development.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across several concurrent projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Europe\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nExperience within power, gas, renewable energy or commodity trading markets.\nUnderstanding of energy trading operations, nominations, scheduling, settlements or back-office processes.\nExperience implementing workflow, orchestration, or integration platforms.\nExperience defining system interfaces and end-to-end business processes.\nKnowledge of APIs, SQL and system integration concepts.\nExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.\nExperience supporting testing, data migration and cutover activities.\nRequirements\nLead discovery and requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders.\nAnalyse and document business requirements, processes and operational workflows.\nChallenge and refine customer requirements to ensure alignment with product capabilities and industry best practices.\nProduce clear requirements documentation and obtain formal customer sign-off.\nConfigure enterprise software solutions to meet agreed business requirements.\nDesign and configure workflow and automation processes within low-code and configurable software platforms.\nFacilitate requirement validation, solution walkthroughs and customer demonstrations.\nDeliver user training and support change adoption activities.\nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nManage implementation activities through go-live and hypercare phases.\nWork closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope and to
