A representative of Energy Vault in customer meetings and industry events, you will follow up with stakeholders you meet to close deals.\nThis is an individual contributor full-cycle sales role with frequent (up to 40%) travel required; the primary Key Performance Indicators are revenue generated, MWh sold, Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) contracted capacity (MW/MWh under long-term offtake or service agreement), and Data Centre pipeline development (MW of colocation or behind-the-meter storage and power capacity originated).\nWe targeting a Director level hire but for the right fit candidate with enough experience, we are open to a Senior Director title.\nYour Mission:\nNegotiate and close deals.\nNurture and expand your robust network within renewable energy storage and generation.\nLead customer engagements and manage key accounts and deliverables.\nUnderstand and champion the value and solutions we provide clients.\nAttend industry events and represent our brand as a front-line sales leader.\nConduct detailed due diligence on public RFP and pursue opportunities as appropriate.\nManage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using established CRM processes.\nCollaborate and partner frequently with commercial, engineering, project execution, and operations professionals across Energy Vault.\nYour Background:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; higher degrees are a bonus.\n10+ years of sales experience in our industry.\nA career focus on energy storage sales to utilities, independent power producers, and/or large industrial customers.\nExcellent customer negotiation skills.\nA drive to persevere, overcome obstacles, and succeed.\nProven track record formulating win-win proposals and closing large deals.\nWillingness to travel domestically
