Therefore, Energy Exemplar requires a pro-active Salesforce Expert with superior certified Administrator skills. This role will be ‘key’ to delivering our Salesforce system to meet our immediate and future needs. The contributions made in this role will help to increase pipeline, customer experience, account management and ROI.\nTo achieve these objectives Energy Exemplar is seeking candidates who will ‘invest’ in our Core Values, supported by:\nSeven plus years of experience as a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator with strong proficiency as an administrator and in solution creation.\nComfortable in ‘drilling-down’ to fully determine real requirements. Then filtering and prioritizing requirements accordingly.\nProvide process and data insights that will deliver efficiencies to Energy Exemplar (EE) Salesforce architecture.\nAdminister and Configure EE Salesforce platform as approved and deliver agreed objectives.\nAccepting of change in a fast-moving environment.\nKey Stakeholder Relationships\nThis role works collaboratively with all Energy Exemplar staff and in particular:\nSales and Account Managers Globally (Troubleshoot and Assist)\nService Teams\nMarketing Team (Hub Spot and Campaigns)\nFinance Team\nOperations Team\nPrimary Responsibilities\nServe as primary system administrator for EE Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users\nMaintain user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules wherever necessary.\nManage change control for all EE Salesforce instance\nAnalyze unused fields, objects and reports and recommend items to remove Maintain the consistency of the workflow and confidentiality of the business for EE\nManages all administrative functions, such as maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, backups, and other tasks as needed\nProvides training to users in the organization to make them skilled for participating in Salesforce-related processes\nServes as a link connecting the application developers (or 3rd Party), business personnel and users\nResponsible for creating and maintaining reports in Salesforce.com and extracting insights from data for advancing business revenue\nComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades\nManage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (ex. Netsuite, Hubspot, Docusign, middleware, other Finance tools, etc.)\nCoordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.\nWork with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities\nDevelop Custom Objects, Custom Reports and configure data feeds for sales performance and lead generation statistics\nCreate and deliver end-user training to internal administrators, power users, executive teams, sales teams, customer service representatives, and marketing teams.\nDesign security models, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards.\nDevelop and enhance our Salesforce environment to support business operations and processes, integrate with various business systems\nParticipates in project planning, scoping, and estimating\nResponsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management\nMaintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters\nCandidate Requirements & Qualifications\nExperience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Community Cloud, and Knowledge\nSalesforce Administrator (Lightning and Classic)\nBusiness Requirements Gathering\nReport and Dashboard Building in Salesforce (Enterprise and Einstein)\nSandbox: Development and Deployment into Production of new functionality\nUAT and Training\nProblem Solving Skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nEducated to Degree Level\nCertified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 and ADM 211)\nFluent English\nEnergy Exemplar is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
