Nog voor de eerste technieker een werf betreedt, moet iemand de plannen analyseren, technische keuzes afwegen, prijzen berekenen en ervoor zorgen dat alles technisch én financieel klopt. Die persoon ben jij. Je bent geen klassieke calculator die enkel cijfers invult in een Excelbestand. Je begrijpt HVAC-technieken, denkt mee over oplossingen en slaagt erin om technische dossiers te vertalen naar correcte en haalbare offertes.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers voor HVAC-projecten.\n\nJe werkt calculaties uit voor warmtepompen, geothermische installaties, ventilatiesystemen, airco-installaties en andere duurzame technieken.\n\nJe stelt materiaallijsten en offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat deze technisch correct en commercieel competitief zijn.\n\nJe vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en vergelijkt verschillende oplossingen.\n\nJe denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en alternatieve technische concepten.\n\nJe ondersteunt onze sales collega's met technische expertise tijdens offertetrajecten.\n\nJe werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, leveranciers, aankoop en uitvoering om projecten optimaal voor te bereiden.\n\nJe volgt prijsontwikkelingen, nieuwe technieken en innovaties binnen de HVAC-sector op.\n\nRequirements\nJe hebt een sterke technische achtergrond binnen HVAC.\n\nJe begrijpt hoe warmtepompen, ventilatiesystemen, geothermie en aanverwante technieken werken.\n\nJe hebt ervaring als calculator, projectleider, werkvoorbereider, engineer of in een vergelijkbare technische functie.\n\nJe bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.\n\nJe durft kritisch mee te denken en alternatieven voor te stellen.\n\nJe combineert technische kennis met commercieel inzicht.\n\nJe werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.\n\nJe communiceert vlot
