Our offices are located in Andheri East. This is a full time, Nightshift position.\nThe Shared Service Coordinator - Accounts Payable, is responsible for managing and processing the organisation's accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. This role supports timely payments to suppliers, ensures proper reconciliation of accounts, and adheres to internal controls and health & safety standards.\nKey duties will include:\nProcess supplier invoices, including matching, coding, data entry, and reconciliation, in compliance with company policies and timelines.\nManage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely responses and actions on all incoming queries and requests.\nPerform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up on outstanding items or discrepancies.\nProcess and verify employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.\nSend remittance invoices to suppliers and maintain professional communication to resolve payment or invoice-related inquiries.\nEnsure accurate recording of transactions, including tax-related data and other general ledger bookings.\nProvide ongoing support to the wider Accounts Payable team, including assisting with AP activities across multiple regions.\nThe Requirements\nEssential\nBachelors Degrees in Commerce/ Accounting\nMust have Accounts Payable experience\nMust have experience in Invoice Processing\nDiversity & Inclusion\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
