This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.\nMain duties and responsibilities will include:\nResponsible for providing administrative support for QHSE department and wider business as and when required\nResponsible for raising purchase quotes/purchase orders \nSupport client data request's\nResponsible for ordering stationery and boardroom supplies \nAssist in all general administration activities including scanning, photocopying and filing of documentation\nCover front of house reception as and when required\nThe Requirements\nEssential:\nExcellent communication skills\nSecondary Education ‘Standard Grade’ Education\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nWorking knowledge of all Microsoft packages\nFriendly and approachable manner\nGood organisational skills\nDiversity & Inclusion\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
