This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.\nThe Role and Responsibilities\nJob Role\nThe Billing Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing invoices accurately and on time. The role supports the commercial team by ensuring all billing activities comply with contracts and purchase orders.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and issue sales invoices with all required supporting documents.\nMaintain and update billing schedules to include all charges.\nTrack spending against client purchase orders and alert when limits are near.\nRespond to client queries about invoices in coordination with the commercial team.\nReview overdue invoices and follow up with client operations or supply chain contacts.\nAssist with cost accruals and ensure timely submission as per finance requirements.\nSupport preparation of internal and external cost reports for project reviews.\nEnsure invoices are correct and sent on time for prompt payment.\nPerform other tasks as directed by management.\nThe Requirements\nQualifications\nEssential:\nBachelors degree in commerce or equivalent.\nMinimum Experience of 1-3 years in invoice generation and cost control.\nSkills & Competencies\nEssential:\nGood communication and confidence to handle pressure.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.\nAbility to learn and follow processes.\nAble to work under pressure and shifts.\nPersonal Qualities\nProfessional and proactive attitude.\nOrganized and detail-oriented.\nTeam player with clear communication skills.\nAdaptable to changing business needs.\nDiversity & Inclusion\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
