This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.\nThe Role\nThe Financial Systems Analyst is the primary Finance stakeholder responsible for all ERP related activities requiring Finance input, oversight, or decision making. This role acts as the Finance owner of ERP change, configuration support, reporting, controls, and integrations, while also providing business as usual (BAU) ERP support to Finance teams globally.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the single Finance point of accountability for all ERP related activities, changes, and projects.\nRepresent Finance in ERP governance, design decisions, prioritisation, and UAT activities.\nEnsure Finance requirements are correctly translated into ERP configuration, controls, and reporting outcomes.\nMaintain clear ownership boundaries between Finance, IT, and external ERP support partners.\nLead Finance workstreams for ERP-related initiatives including:\nNew entity onboarding and ERP integration\nReporting enhancements and retirements\nControls, permissions, and workflow changes\nData migrations (Finance led components)\nOwn and execute Finance side ERP UAT, including reconciliations and validation across systems.\nCoordinate Finance input into new ERP functionality reviews, ensuring changes are understood, documented, and controlled.\nThe Requirements\nQualified Accountant or equivalent Finance systems experience\nStrong hands on experience with ERP systems (Navision / Dynamics preferred)\nProven experience supporting Finance ERP operations and projects\nStrong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements\nAbility to operate comfortably across BAU support and project delivery\nExperience with Lucanet or similar consolidation tools\nExperience operating in an SSC or Global Finance model\nExposure to ERP de risking, transition, or operating model change\nDiversity & Inclusion\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
