This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.\nRole Purpose\nThe GBS PMO & Transformation Analyst provides project, governance, analytical and administrative support to the Global Business Services function.\nThe role supports the development and execution of the GBS roadmap by assisting with service transitions, business case development, project & process governance, stakeholder reporting, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Global Business Services, function leaders and project teams, the role helps ensure that GBS initiatives are delivered in a structured, disciplined and measurable manner.\nThe role holder must be an ambitious analyst or project professional seeking exposure to enterprise transformation, shared services, business process improvement and organisational change. The role supports governance, transition and business case activities identified within EnerMech's GBS model.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the delivery of GBS projects, transitions and improvement initiatives.\nMaintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and milestone schedules.\nAssist in planning and coordinating the migration of activities into the GBS organisation.\nSupport transition readiness assessments, training coordination and go-live preparation.\nCoordinate GBS governance meetings, steering committees and project review forums.\nSupport the preparation of business cases for new GBS opportunities, scope expansions and transformation initiatives.\nCollect, validate and analyse baseline data relating to costs, volumes, effort and performance.\nAssist with process mapping, root cause reviews and improvement workshops.\nTrack progress against agreed deliverables and escalate risks where required.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops and project activities with stakeholders.\nExperience Requirements\nExperience within Shared Services, GBS or Finance Operations.\nExposure to business case development and financial modelling.\n Knowledge of project management methodologies.\n Experience with Power BI.\n Experience supporting system implementations or business transitions.\n Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, CAPM or equivalent).\n Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.\nAnticipated Skills\nDegree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management or related discipline.\n 2-5 years' experience in project support, PMO, business analysis, shared services or transformation environments.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.\n Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n Experience preparing reports, presentations and management information.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\n Strong attention to detail and organisational
