They will provide regional leadership across business development activities and work closely with operations, technical, commercial, and business unit leadership to deliver sustainable growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute the Middle East business development strategy across Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Energy Solutions, and Lifting Solutions.\nDrive revenue growth, market expansion, new customer acquisition, and increased share of existing customer spend.\nIdentify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across priority markets and sectors.\nLead strategic account development, building senior-level customer relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities across all three business lines.\nMaintain a strong regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM management, and opportunity progression.\nLead major commercial opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.\nDevelop market intelligence and monitor customer, competitor, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.\nWork closely with technical, operational, commercial, and business unit teams to develop differentiated customer solutions.\nRepresent EnerMech with key customers, industry bodies, conferences, and strategic market forums.\nProvide leadership and direction to the regional business development function, promoting collaboration and consistent commercial practices.\nSupport strategic partnerships, frameworks, market-entry initiatives, and other opportunities that support long-term regional growth.\nReport on pipeline, revenue opportunities, strategic accounts, and market development to regional leadership.\nInclusion & Diversity\nEnerMech is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone is treated fairly, with respect and dignity.
