Working closely with the wider HR team and operational leaders, you will support everything from employee relations and recruitment through to onboarding, performance management, HR systems and workforce compliance.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, working in a fast-paced operational environment and taking ownership of day-to-day HR activities.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nProvide practical day-to-day HR advice, guidance and support to employees and managers.\nSupport employee relations, performance management and a broad range of general HR matters.\nCoordinate recruitment, new-hire orientation, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities.\nPartner closely with operational teams to support workforce requirements and employee compliance.\nAssist with benefits, payroll-related matters, HR systems and the maintenance of accurate employee records.\nSupport offshore and field workforce requirements, including training, medical certifications and drug-testing programmes.\nWork collaboratively with HR colleagues across the Americas to support regional initiatives and promote consistent HR practices.\nBuild strong working relationships with employees and leaders, providing responsive and professional HR support.\nSupport continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and ways of working.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou will be a practical and approachable HR professional who enjoys working with both people and operations. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of day-to-day HR matters and building credible relationships across different levels of the organisation.\nIdeally, you will have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nAt least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a generalist or HR advisory role.\nGood working knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and HR operations.\nStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nGood working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, together with the ability and willingness to use AI tools effectively.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nConfidence working with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.\nA high level of professionalism, sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.\nExperience within oil & gas, energy services, industrial, engineering, offshore or another operational environment would be advantageous.\nPrevious exposure to ADP, payroll support, offshore or field workforce compliance, or drug-testing programmes such as DISA would also be beneficial, but is not essential.\nBenefits\nWhy Join EnerMech?\nAt EnerMech, you'll join a global organisation where innovation, collaboration and technical excellence drive everything we do.
