This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.\nThe Role & Responsibilities\nThe Logistics & Inventory Focal Point serves as the central coordinator for all inventory control and logistics operations, ensuring accurate stock management, efficient movement of goods, compliance with procedures, and timely support to business needs. The role bridges warehouse operations, procurement, and supply chain functions, acting as the main point of contact for related issues.\nResponsibilities will include:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the NAV systems.\nConduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.\nMonitor stock levels and trigger replenishment in alignment with demand forecasts.\nTrack material shelf life, batch/lot control, and product expiry management.\nFocal Point for issuing JCA’s the operations team during busy periods\nProvide support and take on work scopes when required \nFocal Point for business lines on shipping issues and upcoming work scopes \nEnsure compliance with shipping, handling, and documentation requirements.\nPrepare periodic reports on stock status, slow-moving items, and logistics KPIs.\nAnalyse trends to identify areas for cost savings and process improvement.\nAct as the focal point for all logistics and inventory-related queries.\nThe Requirements\nExperience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations\nProficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics)\nStrong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, etc.)\nUnderstanding of transport management \nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nDiversity & Inclusion\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.
