We believe that diversity enriches our team, and we welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.\nThe Role?\nThe Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer (Lifting Equipment - Offshore Cranes) provides administrative, SAP, and technical documentation support to ensure accurate parts management, maintenance planning, and compliance for offshore crane operations. The role focuses heavily on data entry, SAP accuracy, documentation control, and technical verification, supporting engineers and planners in maintaining safe and reliable lifting equipment.\nTechnical & Equipment Support\nIdentify and verify correct spare parts for offshore cranes using OEM manuals, technical drawings, and API standards.\nSupport engineers by providing accurate part numbers, specifications, and documentation.\nMaintain updated technical records for cranes, lifting accessories, and critical components.\nSAP Administration & Data Entry\nCreate and update SAP material master data, equipment records, BOMs, and maintenance task lists.\nEnsure high-accuracy data entry for maintenance history, cost tracking, and part consumption.\nReview SAP maintenance plans along with the spare parts required in line with OEM/API requirements.\nPerform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency across PM/MM modules.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain traceability records, certificates of conformity, OEM data sheets, and lifting equipment documentation.\nEnsure all documentation meets ISO 9001, and client-specific compliance requirements.\nPrepare and update parts lists to align with PM’s.\nSupport audits by providing accurate records, SAP reports, and certification files.\nProcurement & Vendor Interface\nCoordinate with OEMs and suppliers for part identification, quotations, and technical clarifications.\nReview vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance before submission to engineering or QA/QC.\nOperations & Maintenance Support\nProvide administrative support for maintenance planning as required by office Engineers. \nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n3-7 years of experience with offshore cranes, lifting equipment, or heavy mechanical systems.\nStrong experience with SAP PM/MM in an oil & gas or offshore environment.\nKnowledge of API 2C, LOLER, ISO 9001, and offshore maintenance practices.\nExperience with OEMs such as LeTourneau, Favco, Seatrax, NOV is advantageous.\nTechnical\nVery good understanding of offshore crane systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).\nAbility to interpret OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and API standards.\nFamiliarity with lifting accessories and certification requirements.\nSAP Expertise\nStrong proficiency in SAP PM/MM modules.\nHigh-accuracy data entry skills with strong attention to detail.\nExperience with material master creation, BOM updates, work order processing, and procurement workflows.\nAdministrative\nExcellent documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills.\nStrong organizational ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to maintain structured, audit-ready documentation.\nSoft Skills\nClear communicator with strong coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and operations.\nDetail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive.\nComfortable working in fast-paced maintenance
