This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.\nBased in Perth or Kuala Lumpur, we are seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement process across APAC.\nAccountabilities\nOversee the end-to-end procurement process for in-scope areas\nEnsure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services\nDevelop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and quality of goods and services\nConduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary\nNegotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.\nMonitor and analyze procurement expenditures to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency.\nDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and cost savings\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs\nSupport project teams by ensuring timely procurement of materials and services for new projects and initiatives\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve common goals\nIdentify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and non-compliance with regulations\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all procurement activities\nMaintain up to date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices\nCoach and mentor procurement team members and high-potential talent.\nResponsibilities\nManage ethics and risk mapping based on geographic footprint of operations\nProvide procurement status reports (PSRs) to business line and project managers\nRequirements\n7-10+ years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferably multi-country across APAC region)\nExperience in a regulated, complex, or asset-intensive industry\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field\nAPICS (CSCP/CPIM), CIPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred\nEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organization.
