Manager - Pipeline Pre-Commissioning to lead the safe and successful delivery of pipeline pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas sector.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, mobilisation, technical coordination, resource management, commercial performance and client engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end delivery of pipeline pre-commissioning projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements are achieved.\nOversee technical activities including pipeline cleaning, flooding, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying and nitrogen purging.\nCoordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation requirements.\nDevelop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments and technical documentation.\nEnsure compliance with client specifications, industry standards and EnerMech's QHSE requirements.\nMonitor project costs, progress, variations and overall commercial performance.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.\nProvide technical and operational leadership to site teams throughout project execution.\nCandidate Requirements\nProven experience managing pipeline pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas industry.\nStrong technical knowledge of pipeline cleaning, flooding, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering and drying operations.\nExperience delivering onshore and/or offshore pipeline projects.\nDemonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, resources and subcontractors.\nStrong understanding of HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems and operational risk management.\nExcellent client management, leadership and communication skills.\nEngineering qualification or relevant technical background
