You’ll make sure our platform runs on clean, consistent, and scalable data flows-while also developing innovative AI models that turn raw data into actionable insights. Your work will make sure data from thousands of buildings flows smoothly, reliably, and at scale-while also training and deploying models that make our AI smarter and our impact greater.\nWhat you’ll do\nAnalyze large time series datasets (energy & water) to identify patterns and trends.\n\nDevelop and implement advanced ML algorithms and models.\n\nBuild new time series and metadata connectors as part of product development.\n\nMaintain and optimize existing data pipelines for quality and reliability.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues-data quality, structure, or flow-and solve them quickly.\n\nActively source new data streams and integrate them into our platform.\n\nCollaborate with partners, integrators, and customers to get integrations live and smooth.\n\nWork closely with developers to refine UX and translate client needs into AI models.\n\nRequirements\nOur ideal hire\nAI expertise: extensive knowledge of AI/ML and statistical modeling.\n\nData expertise: deep understanding of time series data & metadata, including validation and edge cases.\n\nPython skills: strong backend coding skills, with experience in Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and frameworks like Flask.\n\nTrack record: proven success in implementing AI models and data pipelines in production.\n\nPractical mindset: you turn theory into solutions that work-scaling connectors, solving tricky issues, improving quality.\n\nBias for action: you don’t wait for perfect plans, you start solving.\n\nCommunication: clear, professional, and comfortable bridging business and tech with external stakeholders.\n\nBonus points if you have:\nExperience with large-scale time series pipelines (IoT, energy, monitoring).\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or data platforms.\n\nA track record of improving data quality in production systems.\n\nDon’t check every box?\nSmart people don’t always follow straight lines.
