The role also supports data analysis and manipulation, FAR/DFARs/CFR compliance, representations and certifications activities, and internal reporting activities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReview and prepare contractual documents for management review, comment, and approval.\nManage the review and tracking of contractual documentation, status, and approvals to drive the contract acceptance process through completion.\nInterpret, compile, edit, and proofread text and data from various sources for use in technical discussions, documents, reports, and proposals.\nReview contracts and terms & conditions for alignment with corporate standards, recommend strategies to negotiate mutually acceptable positions, and administer contracts to maintain compliance.\nWork with corporate resources to manage Contract, ITAR, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and FAR/DFARs/CFR compliance.\nEnsure export compliance, program security, and regulatory compliance is maintained.\nWork with program management to establish consistent customer messaging related to all compliance related communications.\nAid in the development, operation, implementation, and enforcement of internal controls and protocols.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience must include the following:\n1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or closely related discipline, or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training.\n2. 2-5 years of experience in government contracting with experience administering firm-fixed and cost-plus contracts.\n3. In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and CFR.\n4. Thorough knowledge of CMMC, cybersecurity, and safeguarding of information.\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read, write, and speak English.\nComfortable presenting to audiences up to 10 people both virtually and in person.\nMathematical Skills\nAdvanced. Comfortable with financial reporting and earned value management.\nReasoning Ability\nAble to examine requirements and understand the underlying request as it relates to the project. Must be able to multi-task in an environment where prioritization is consistently changing while ensuring all responsibilities are addressed.\nComputer Skills\nRole requires significant use of Adobe, Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and other software. Must be able to understand Excel formulas, pivot tables, and impact of data inputs in complex spreadsheets.\nOther Skills and Abilities\nAbility to read and comprehend Aerospace & Defense industry proposals, contracts, announcements, regulations, procedures, FAR/DFARs/CFR clauses, and government contracts.
