With sales and service locations throughout the world, and over 100 years of battery experience, EnerSys is the power/full solution for stored DC power products.\nJob Purpose\nThe Cybersecurity Technician is responsible for safeguarding information system assets by identifying and resolving security problems and threats. Collaborate within an expanding Cybersecurity team, and work closely with internal EnerSys teams to ensure new and continued compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and required programs and initiatives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMonitor security alerts and events to detect, analyze, and respond to potential threats and vulnerabilities\nInvestigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents; document findings and recommend mitigations\nSupport regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring the organization adheres to frameworks such as ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST CSF, TISAX, Essential Eight, EU CRA, NIS2, or other relevant guidelines\nDeploy and standardize cybersecurity solutions across global operations and critical systems.\nHelp coordinate and deliver simulated phishing campaigns to assess employee security awareness\nResearch and summarize emerging security trends, threats, and attack methods\nMaintain security tools such as Data Security, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and other security software\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
