This role will perform the assembly activity in accordance with assembly drawings, internal guidelines and specifications, and standard workmanship recommendations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDrill and tap holes\nCrimping lugs on wires and following wiring procedures\nBuilding and interconnecting final assemblies and sub-assemblies using production drawings\nInspection of process and units\nObtaining parts and supplies using proper procedures\nRead and interpret Bills of Materials\nRead and interpret travelers and schedules\nRead and interpret schematics and assembly drawings\nCompleting paperwork as required\nQualifications\nRequired\n1-2 years of related experience in a related role\nExperience crimping lugs on wires\nAble to identify hardware type, length, and size\nKnowledge of proper soldering techniques\nAbility to follow wiring procedures\nAbility to recognize wire type and gauge\nAbility to safely operate small hand and power tools\nAbility to work in all phases of assembly \nGeneral Job Requirements\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis.
