This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in controlling and a passion for continuous improvement. As member of our finance team, you will be involved in financial reporting for 2 legal entities in Belgium and Netherlands, reporting to Benelux Financial Controller based in Bielsko-Biała. These activities include month-end closing under US GAAP, forecasting and budgeting, as well as assisting in annual audit & ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and SOX.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nContribution to monthly group management accounts under US GAAP\nAssistance in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts\nPreparation of comprehensive audit documentation and involvement in cooperation with auditors to enable timely submission of financial statements.\nSupervision of internal control processes within the finance function\nAccruals review, assistance in preparation of inventory & warranty provisions\nSupervision of the company's receivables and customer credit control\nPreparation of financial reports for the management board \nQualifications\nUniversity Degree in Finance and Accounting\n3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling\nSAP knowledge (FI/CO)\nStrong technical skills (Excel, PowerQuery), experience in process automation is welcomed\nStrong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nFluent in English\nUS GAAP & SOX knowledge is an
