Wherever there is a need for motive power, EnerSys offers the perfect energy solution.\nJob Purpose\nThe IT Specialist I provides frontline technical support and technology services that enable efficient business operations across manufacturing and office environments.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues.\nInstall, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals, and software.\nAdminister user accounts and access permissions.\nManage IT service tickets and documentation.\nSupport onboarding and equipment provisioning.\nAssist with cybersecurity, patching, and endpoint management.\nSupport basic networking and connectivity.\nMaintain technical documentation and training materials.\nParticipate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
