Your growing technical expertise in injection molding and sheet metal part design is required.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nWork closely with management, electrical engineers, drafters, technicians, and manufacturing personnel to design, and develop new products.\nUtilize 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to generate designs of systems, assemblies, and components.\nGenerate comprehensive technical drawings and schematics for mechanical systems and components while working within the configuration control systems ensuring accuracy, consistency.\nDevelop development sources for mechanical system components.\nPerform structural and thermal analyses on designs.\nProvide expert leadership and troubleshooting for the construction and refinement of battery system prototypes to production.\nFacilitate the seamless transition of new battery products from the prototype stage to full-scale production.\nEngineer specialized fixtures and assembly aids tailored for battery production, optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues within the supply chain.\nEngage in the creation and refinement of project proposals, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and alignment with organizational goals.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.\nMinimum of 5+ years hands on experience developing products and working in engineering production department.\nExperience with SolidWorks.\nPractical experience in metal and plastic injection molding.\nBattery packing experience a plus.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and processes.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nGeneral Job
