Wherever there is a need for motive power, EnerSys offers the perfect energy solution.\nJob Purpose\nThis position requires creativity and innovation to propose, prototype, and deliver new concepts and designs related to industrial electronic enclosures in harsh environments.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDesign and oversee the fabrication of production tooling as required for company products.\nDirect installation, integration, and operational testing of mechanical and/or electronic equipment\nDebug, problem solve current and new processes.\nEvaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. This includes undertaking Lean Manufacturing, 5s, and Kaizen projects.\nGenerates project plans, performs budget maintenance, and resource coordination for assigned projects.\nContinual development and implementation of process improvements.\nResearch, design, procure, implement, test, and monitor new systems, technologies, and equipment.\nManage several projects at one time.\nCreate and maintain assembly drawings, component drawings, packaging drawings & bills of material\nHelps maintain outsourced component designsand quotes.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
