We continually strive to foster teamwork and engagement and enhance our employees’ skills and competencies through appropriate training.\nCompensation Range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr\nCompensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.\nLocation: Remote - USA\nDuration: May/June 2027 - August 2027 (Summer Internship)\nJob Purpose\nThe Product Success Intern will help improve employee and customer experience and drive adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about understanding what makes customers successful.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSupport customer adoption and engagement initiatives for customer-facing digital platforms and portals.\nHelp develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.\nAssist with Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, surveys, interviews, and customer research activities.\nParticipate in customer interviews and help document insights from different customer personas, including executives, operations leaders, fleet managers, technicians, and end users.\nAnalyze portal usage data, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.\nEvaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and recommend ways to improve usability, adoption, and customer value.\nChallenge existing processes by identifying gaps, friction points, and areas where the customer experience can be improved.\nResearch customer success strategies used by leading SaaS and technology companies and provide recommendations that can be applied within EnerSys.\nAssist with customer onboarding materials, training resources, knowledge base content, and customer communications.\nHelp establish scalable methods for gathering feedback as customer portal adoption continues to grow.\nSupport the development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAnalytical mindset with an interest in understanding customer behavior and business processes.\nComfortable conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting findings.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.\nInterest in customer success, digital products, SaaS applications, user experience, or product management.\nDesired Skills\nStrong curiosity and willingness to question existing processes.\nAbility to synthesize customer feedback into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent listening, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with survey tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, or reporting tools is a
