This role ensures build readiness, enforces work standards, maintains operator accountability, and proactively identifies constraints that may impact schedule, quantity, or revenue attainment. The supervisor ensures all operations follow approved instructions and never allows deviation. Performance directly impacts cost, schedule, and product flow.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nExecute daily production plans and meet KPI targets.\nIdentify staffing needs and adjust workflow to prevent production delays.\nEnsure materials, documentation, and build requirements are ready in advance.\nLead production meetings and communicate daily priorities, issues, and actions.\nMaintain floor presence to monitor performance, address issues, and support shift changes.\nTrain and coach operators while tracking required training and follow-up.\nMonitor equipment, tooling, materials, and 5S standards.\nCoordinate daily shift handoffs and cross-functional activities.\nIdentify material flow and upstream constraints to protect the production schedule.\nEnforce safety, PPE, cleanliness, and production standards.\nReview performance and implement corrective or mitigation actions as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired Education and Responsibilities:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nAbility to assess staffing levels and recommend appropriate adjustments.\nUnderstanding of material flow, pellet verification, and upstream production constraints.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production Leads, and Master Scheduling.\nAbility to lead production meetings, communicate effectively with production leads, and coordinate shift handoffs.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to respond to production issues in real time.\nAbility to train, coach, and monitor operator performance and training completion.\nWorking knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements, cleanliness standards, and 5S practices.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBasic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office\nExperience in a manufactoring setting\nCore Competencies:\nProduction planning and execution\nLeadership\nWorkforce planning\nBuild readiness\nProblem solving\nSafety awareness and enforcement\nWork instruction compliance\nEquipment monitoring\nGeneral Job Requirements\nThis position requires working in a plant/warehouse environment.
