Monitors program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), manages risks and corrective actions, and serves as the primary interface for customer communications and program reviews. Ensures compliance with contractual and quality management system requirements while driving accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement of business objectives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLeads program Integrated Product Team (IPT) ensuring alignment of technical, operational, quality, and business objectives.\nMonitors program-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess overall program health and drives corrective actions to address performance gaps and risks.\nWorks closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to coordinate priorities, resources, and issue resolution.\nFacilitates customer interactions and program reviews, including status meetings, technical reviews, and milestone reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR, PRR, etc.).\nProvides management with regular updates regarding program performance, risks, schedule status, financial impacts, and other urgent matters.\nSupports AS9100 and ISO 13485 compliance activities and auditing.\nFosters a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.\nInitiates, plans, executes, and monitors new project development (NPI).\nCollaborates with technical, contracts, and business development teams to support Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and customer proposals.\nReviews contracts and customer requirements to identify changes in scope, deliverables, reference documents, compliance requirements, and other contractual obligations.\nEnsures contractual commitments and customer requirements are understood and effectively communicated to the IPT. \nQualifications\nBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or closely related discipline, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training.\nAt least 2 years for experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Government Contract Administration or related environment.\nMust speak fluent English and be comfortable presenting to small to medium sized audiences both virtually and in-person.\nKnowledge of general accounting principles.
