The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end pre-sales and after-sales administrative processes, from order registration through to invoicing, including import documentation and customs formalities.\nThe role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to support seamless sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nTo manage the sales administration process with the SSC\nTo support the deliveries and import formalities\nTo coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms\nCreate internal sales report via reporting tools\nBe able to interpret stock flow\nResponsible for direct purchasing, act as a purchase executive when necessary\nBe able to expertise in warehouse management and customs agency management\nBe able to take necessary supportive tasks with local accounting partner firm\nRequirements\nIntermediate + English, Native Turkish\nComputer literacy, good level MS Office is essential\nSAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must\nPreferably Salesforce knowledge\nWilling to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge\nSelf-motivated and able to prioritize workload\nGood communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company\nAble to solve problems and act quickly, work under pressure\nAbility to be part of a “solutions “orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the
