In this role, you'll build strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our international presence across key defense markets, focusing on EMEA and APAC.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and grow strategic defense accounts across the world.\nDevelop new business opportunities with OEMs, military organizations, government agencies, and defense industry customers.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.\nRepresent EnerSys and Bren-Tronics at major defense exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings worldwide.\nMonitor market trends, defense programs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities across international markets.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in account management, sales, or business development within the defense sector.\nStrong understanding of defense markets and procurement environments, ideally across multiple international regions.\nKnowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies, including low-voltage and high-voltage systems, would be a strong advantage.
