Our North American team delivers complex engineering, equipment, automation, and capital project solutions for clients in regulated life sciences environments.\nProject Manager\nLocation: King of Prussia\nContract: Vollzeit\nStart: 01.09.2026\n\nYour tasks\nThe Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical and biotechnology capital projects ranging from $500k to $20M. This role serves as the primary interface between clients, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with GMP requirements.\nProjects may include process design, equipment fabrication, automation, and related systems for GMP manufacturing facilities.\nLead project planning, resource forecasting, and project execution activities.\nManage interdisciplinary teams consisting of process, mechanical, automation and E&IC engineers.\nServe as the primary client-facing project lead and maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders throughout project execution.\nManage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, and change orders.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks.\nFacilitate project status meetings and client communications.\nManage procurement and equipment delivery coordination.\nSupport commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities.\nPrepare and present project reports to internal and external stakeholders.\nManage project scope changes, contract deliverables, and project documentation.\nEnsure project work is performed in accordance with applicable safety, quality, and GMP requirements.\nYour profile\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.\n5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences.\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, and client communications.\nUnderstanding of GMP-regulated environments.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.\nAbility to travel as required by project needs, typically up to 25%\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification.\nExperience with EPCM project delivery.\nExperience with pharmaceutical process equipment and utility systems.\nExperience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.\nWe offer\ncompetitive PTO & vacation\nFree coffee\nMedical, Dental, & Vision Health Benefits\ncompetitive PTO & vacation\n401K with 5% employer match of annual salary\nTravel & training\n\nUnder the motto \"Let's Engineer Your Career Together\" we are looking forward to receiving your application!\nYour application will\nprocessed by\nNancy Lowell\nEvolution of Technology -
