Specifically, the position performs financial & operation analysis, develops financial planning processes, monitors & control the overall cost of the Company and designs and implements overall business plans. This position requires working knowledge of controlling disciplines, reporting, analysis, cost control & optimization, etc.\nWhat will you do:\nBudgeting & Forecasting\nDevelop and manage project budgets.\nPrepare forecasts and financial projections.\nMonitor budget adherence and flag variances.\nAnalyze financial performance and variances against budget.\nDevelop operational budgets in collaboration with operations managers.\nCost Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization\nTrack actual costs vs. budgeted costs.\nPrepare detailed cost reports for management.\nAnalyze cost trends and provide insights.\nMonitor direct and indirect operational costs.\nConduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget costs).\nSupport cost-reduction initiatives and lean operations.\nCollaborate with project managers to control costs.\nEnsure timely and accurate cost allocation.\nMonitor subcontractor and supplier costs.\nBusiness Performance Monitoring\nTrack and analyze KPIs and operational metrics.\nProvide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.\nIdentify cost drivers and operational bottlenecks.\nReporting, Decision Support & Variance Analysis\nDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\nProvide regular reports for operations and finance management.\nSupport investment decisions with ROI and cost-benefit analysis.\nSupport management with ad hoc financial analysis.\nInvestigate and explain cost variances.\nRecommend corrective actions to stay within budget.\nFinancial Audits & Compliance\nSupport internal and external audits.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.\nERP & Financial Systems Management\nMaintain and optimize cost control systems (e.g., SAP, BI, etc.).\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems.\nWhat you need to be successful:\n A BSc in Finance, Engineering or related field.\nAt least 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a multinational company.\nProven experience in controlling, financial analysis, forecasting, investment appraisal, cost control & optimization, etc.\nWorking commercial experience in a regulated environment.\nCertifications as ACCA and/or CFA will be considered a plus.\nGood command of the English language. \nBe familiar with ERP SAP (CO/PA, PS),CRM software, MS Office. \nExcellent written and oral communication.\n Strong time management skills. \nExcellent analytical, organizational, collaboration, influencing, and presentation skills.\nResult-oriented, hands-on approach, with determination and drive to achieve results to move major initiatives.\nOur offer to you:\nCompetitive salary\nBonus scheme \nTicket restaurant card \nTransportation reimbursement \nPrivate Health Insurance coverage \nPension Scheme\nHome electricity and natural gas discount \nContinuous learning & upskilling opportunities and access to our premium online training platform \nReimbursement for your athletic activities \nElpedison S.A. will keep your personal information for a period of 2 years from the submission date, after which we will delete your personal data.
