The role acts as the team's Performance Marketing SME, ensuring effective collaboration with agency partners, data-driven decision making, and measurable business outcomes.\nWhat will you do:\nSupport execution and continuous optimization (testing and experimentation) of performance marketing plans across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels, aligned with business objectives and acquisition targets.\nAct as the primary point of contact for external media and performance marketing agencies; monitor agency performance against agreed KPIs and ensure accountability.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer acquisition performance and marketing efficiency.\nLead regular performance reviews and ensure delivery of actionable insights and business impact.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance scorecards; monitor and analyze key KPIs including CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, and Marketing ROI.\nTranslate campaign and customer data into actionable recommendations; prepare performance reports and present insights, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with CRM, Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.\nEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement through GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs, and related tools.\nWhat you will need in order to succeed:\nA BSc in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. \nRelevant MSc / MA will be considered as a plus.\n6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Paid Media. \n2+ years of experience in Team, agency, or budget management.\n6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media.\nProven track record of delivering measurable business growth through performance marketing initiatives.\nSignificant experience managing and collaborating with external agencies.\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and reporting tools such as Looker\nStudio or Power BI.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English\nHands-on experience setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns directly on ad platforms (not only briefing agencies)\nAnalytical Thinking & Data-Driven Decision Making \nStakeholder Management & Communication\nAgency & Vendor Management \nOwnership & Continuous Improvement\nOur offer to you:\nCompetitive salary \nBonus scheme \nTicket restaurant card \nTransportation reimbursement \nPrivate Health Insurance coverage \nPension Scheme \nHome electricity and natural gas discount \nContinuous learning & upskilling opportunities and access to our premium online training platform \nReimbursement for your athletic activities \nUnlimited fruits and snacks at the office \nEnerwave S.A. will keep your personal information for a period of 2 years from the submission date, after which we will delete your personal data.
