We are offering now a set of exciting positions across our premises in various locations, covering multiple departments and areas of expertise.\nWe are currently looking for a Sales Representative, who will be responsible for the day-to-day in store activities concerning the acquisition of new customers, customer service, smart home product sales and bill payments of existing customers, in retail store.\nWhat will you do:\n\nSales\nReach and exceed personal and store sales targets and KPI s.\nPresent, promote and sell the company‘s products, services, smart home products and special offers.\nKeep oneself up to date with the competition ‘s products & services.\nAnswer customers’ questions about products and services. \nCross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity.\nKnow and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.\nPrepares sales contracts and monitors the contract procedure.\nSales Leads creation and Follow up.\nProactively identify areas of improvement and suggest promptly them to your seniors.\nCustomer Service\nIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction\nHandle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives\nFollow the Company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies\nHandle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening\nAim to resolve issues end to end\nProvide customer feedback to the Store Manager.\nStore\nBe co-responsible for the upkeep of the store in terms of display, stock and general upkeep, and opening and closing procedures.\nCarry out in a proactive manner varied tasks that will be assigned.\nUse the various IT systems according to the company’s procedures.\nParticipate actively in regular training and coaching sessions.\nWhat you need to be successful:\nA BSc in Business or Social Sciences\nRelevant post-graduate degree in Energy or Energy Economics is considered an asset\n2+ years of working experience in retail Sales, preferably in services, and in Customer Service\nUnderstanding of RES/DER technologies and market characteristics\nEnEx trader certification is a plus\nGood command of the English language\nExcellent use of Microsoft Office\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices \nStrong contact handling skills and active listening\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\nResponsibility and consistency\nCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters\nFamiliarity with customer behavior principles\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nSales skills, initiative and effectiveness\nTeam spirit and positive mental attitude\nOur offer to you:\nTicket restaurant card \nBonus Scheme \nTransportation reimbursement \nPrivate Health Insurance coverage \nWellness initiatives & benefits at the office\nEnerwave will keep your personal information for a period of 2 years from the submission date, after which we will delete your personal data.
