Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Motivates the store team, creates business strategies and trains new staff. Maintains high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.\nWhat will you do:\nDevelops and deploys plans to increase the Store' s performance, in coordination with the ISAM Shops and implements the company approved sales strategy.\nDevelops business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.\nPrepares reports and analyzes data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction, tracks and measures productivity and compares to benchmarks.\nParticipates with all necessary inputs in the company’s budget formulation (Sales targets, budget/expenses, resources etc.).\nProvides training, coaching, motivation and mentoring to the store team, on an ongoing basis.\nCompletes store administration and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.\nSupervises and monitors the daily operations workflow regarding all aspects of the store 's services, Sales, Customer Service, Bill Payments.\nCompletes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.\nInterfaces with other departments such as Marketing, with regards to the provision of information related to competition activity, to the activation of sales and trade promotions.\nInterfaces with Customer Operations, with regards to the effective management of customer requests.\nInterfaces with Finance department with regards to bill payments, cach registry etc..\nWhat you need to be successful:\nA BSc in Business Administration or Social Sciences\nEnergy Services (Electricity and Natural Gas) background will be considered a plus\nAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail store \nProven successful experience as a retail manager\nExcellent knowledge in MS Office, CRM systems and practices\nSales skills, initiative and effectiveness\nPowerful leading skills and business orientation\nCustomer management skills and strong organizational skills\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to motivate others\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nTeam spirit and positive mental attitude\nOur offer to you:\nCompetitive salary\nBonus Scheme \nTicket restaurant card \nTransportation reimbursement \nPrivate Health Insurance coverage \nPension Scheme\nHome electricity and natural gas discount \nContinuous learning & upskilling opportunities and access to our premium online training platform \nReimbursement for your athletic activities \nWellness initiatives & benefits at the office\nEnerwave will keep your personal information for a period of 2 years from the submission date, after which we will delete your personal data.
