Join us\nAbout the role\nThe Senior DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms across Azure(mainly), AWS environments. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, ensuring that security, automation, reliability, and operational excellence are embedded throughout Ecedo's technology landscape.\nYou will report to the Team Lead DevSecOps and work together with Operation team members.\nPlease note that on-site presence at our Assen office is required, particularly during the initial period of employment.\nRequirements\nWhat we expect of you\nCloud Platform Engineering\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across Azure.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform & BICEP solutions to ensure consistency, scalability, and governance.\nAdvise on and help implement maintaining cloud networking, security, identity, and access management controls.\nSupport cloud platform modernization initiatives and cloud-native architectures.\nOptimize platform performance, resilience, availability, and cost efficiency.\nDevOps & Automation\n\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines supporting application delivery.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration management, and operational processes.\nSupport containerized applications, web applications and orchestration platforms where applicable.\nImprove release reliability, deployment frequency, and operational efficiency through automation.\nCoordination\n\nHelp with prioritization of the operations team workload\nWork with Application development on selecting added value for the DevOps & Operations teams streamlining deployments and resolving issues\nWhat you bring\nMinimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering roles.\n\nProven experience managing and supporting enterprise cloud environments.\n\nStrong experience supporting C#/.NET applications and development teams.\n\nBeing experienced with GitHub\n\nExperience implementing cloud security controls and operational best practices.\n\nDemonstrated experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.\n\nExperience operating business-critical production environments.\n\nSalary range: €60,000-€80,000 per annum including holiday allowance, depending on experience and skill
